I was skeptical about such a simple strap, but I noticed the difference during my very first walk. It stays in place well and doesn't slide down.

I wear it during longer runs and hikes. The silicone provides a good grip, so I don't have to keep adjusting it.

It is easy to put on, feels soft against the skin, and I hardly notice it under my clothes. I wish I had tried it sooner.
