Right of withdrawal and 30-day guarantee
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. This is longer than the statutory 14-day period: we provide you with extra time so that you can try out the product at your leisure. The period begins the day after you (or a third party designated by you) have received the product.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send a clear statement via email to zandrovashop@gmail.com, including your name, order number, and the products for which you are withdrawing. You may use the model form at the bottom of this page, but you are not required to do so. You are on time if you send your statement before the 30-day period expires.
Returning or keeping the product
Have you withdrawn from the order? Then we would like to discuss what suits you best. For most orders, we offer you a choice:
- Keep the product: you keep the product and we refund a portion of the amount. We will make an agreement about this via email.
- Return the product: you return the product and receive a full refund (see below). The costs of return shipping are for your account.
The choice is yours. Your legal right of withdrawal always remains applicable. If you wish to return the product, we will send you the return address and instructions within 2 working days. The product must be unused or only used as necessary to assess how it works, and you must return it no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal. Please keep your proof of shipment.
Refund
Have you chosen to return the product? We will refund the full amount, including standard shipping costs, within 14 days after we have received the product or proof of shipment. The refund will be made using the same payment method as your original payment.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect product
Is your product damaged, defective, or not as described? Please email us at zandrovashop@gmail.com with your order number and a photo. We will then send you a replacement product free of charge or refund the amount, including shipping costs. In that case, you do not need to return the product at your own expense. Your statutory warranty rights always remain applicable.
Order not received
Has your order not arrived within 30 days of ordering? Please contact us. We will then send a replacement product or refund the full amount.
